This pretty, colorful in nature, this insect is native to the eastern regions of North America and now, colorful moth might just make you change your mind about how you feel about these furry, flappy critters! Insects with wings have a bad rap, but this cute fluffy moth will certainly make you smile.

This cute little critter has a taste for maple trees. The leaves of maple trees are the diet rosy maple moth larvae; when they have reached their final stage as a moth, they stop eating. They also come in various shades and hues, which make them look like something out of a fantasy novel or some strange, alien planet.

These adorable moths are highly solitary, meaning they like to live alone. To make them even cuter, they have the cutest little leaf-life feelers…!
