What’s your favorite kind of afternoon nap? A family sleep, it’s raining outside, there’s the sound of soft music or is it a scientific sleep? For Lon Watson – a dog lover, his favorite nap is special.
The story became viral when Lon’s daughter, Catey Hall, posted pictures of her father’s special nap. It is his habit to nap with dogs of different sizes and breeds. There is a lovely and interesting fact that even the neighbor’s dogs love Lon and often come and nap with him. Some familiar dogs like Rosie, Fluffer-Nutter and Hooch spend more time with Lon than at home. Their house has a room dedicated to these adorable four-legged friends.

Catey shared that since she was a child, she often saw her father napping in the chair with the dogs which changed every day. It turned out to be different dogs that her father rescued, raised, and found a new family for them. Lon was and still is a member of an animal rescue organization in Pound on the Hill. His daily job is to rescue stray dogs that are [le.ft un.atten.ded] by the roadside or in unsafe shelters.

After that, Lon also personally raised them in his house and posted to find a new owner when he was healthy enough. What a passionate dog lover! Currently, Lon is raising four dogs, and the number of dogs Lon has saved is innumerable.
And of course, all dogs love Lon. They all jump when they see Lon coming home from work. They often play with Lon all weekend or wait for Lon to come home from work on weekdays. Lon has a habit of sleeping in such a chair so that the dogs can sleep with him.
