A proud K9 officer Dog was once a.ban.doned in a parking lot!

We glad he’s found a good life now!

Thank you for going him a Chance to live and make a difference!

A.ban.doned pups never thought they would have a bright future, however, Pitbull Kiah was lucky to be rescued and became a great officer.

Kiah was fi.l.thy and ema.cia.ted when she was a.ban.doned in a grocery store parking lot, but she was rescued. Not only that, but she has the potential to become a police dog!

Pit Bulls are rarely used as police dogs because of their reputation for being [agg.res.sive] and difficult to train. The once-a.ban.doned Kiah, on the other hand, defied all of those stereotypes. Kiah, according to trainer Brad Croft, has the ability to focus, confidence, and curiosity to be an outstanding K9 officer.

She trained and graduated alongside Officer Justin Bruzgul, and they are now a team that helps keep Poughkeepsie’s streets safe and is trained in drug sniffing. Kiah was also the first Pit Bull to graduate as a K9 officer in New York! It’s so proud!

Look at Kiah now; she’s proud and demonstrates to everyone that Pit Bulls can be great K9 officers as well; you wouldn’t be able to tell she’s ever strayed in the past. Kiah looks so serious and proud in K9 uniform.

One thing is certain: the past will not be able to define the future of a person (or a dog). What Kiah has accomplished teaches us a lesson: no matter what happened in the past, always have the courage to move forward!

Thank you for giving him a second chance to live and make him happy and joyful to yes he is better without his owner. We are happy he has been adopted and he is a k9 officer.
God bless you darling he will have a better life he is worth it his life matters so much ❤🙏🙏🐾❤️
