Orin is a average Californian world traveler. He landed in Turkey for a two-week sightseeing trip.
He was strolling along the Bosphorus Canal one day when he noticed something he had never seen before: two lovely cats just cuddling each other. He’s never seen any cats, let alone strays behave like this.
He worried if anyone would think this animal friendship wasn’t staged but then, who could ever possibly pose cats like this? Who would even try? Life’s too short for that!
He absolutely adored Istanbul and cannot wait to return. He misses the kind people, excellent food, and, of course, the furry friends. He wonders if some of them miss him as well.

Cats in Istanbul (and even those i saw in Ankara) seem the happiest cats i ever saw. Have not seen an undernourished one. They’re allowed everywhere and are fed and loved. They are living a free life. Love Turkeye for this ❤
