Jeff Kramer works for the United States Postal Service and has known many canines, including this black Tashi La.b!
They met every day for many years until Jeff realized his longtime friend was 14 years old, and the dog’s walking became more difficult; the dog’s owner, Karen Dimetrosky, literally carries her 70-pound senior dog up and down the stairs every day.
Jeff had purposefully constructed a dog ramp so that the senior black Lab Tashi could still greet him when he came to visit. He simply showed up on his day off and installed the ramp.
Tashi’s owner was equally astounded and moved; the dog easily crossed the slope and was able to see his best friend every day!
Both the postman and Tashi’s owner wish him to live a little longer and to be more comfortable and happy every day!
This mailman is truly special and respectful of animals! So sweet and considerate!
